This is a great opportunity for an ambitious high-energy individual to join a global organization providing services to Fortune 100 clients. The Data Management Specialists works closely with Program Managers & Subject Matter Experts to create & maintain accurate end-item & component part numbers for a wide variety of software & hardware product launches. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to work with high volume complex data, able to work independently & as a member of a team & also have excellent communication skills. Works hours can be as long as 12 hour days. General Duties: Create & maintain accurate end-item & component part numbers per establish performance & quality metrics. Create & maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BoM's) per establish performance & quality metrics. Maintain accurate weight & dimension data for BoM's. Utilize a number of proprietary tools to maintain the integrity of worldwide product information for the purposes of revenue reporting, manufacturing, price list creation, forecasting, release, order management, invoicing & communication to customers. Maintain product information to manage the life-cycle process (from creation to obsolescence) for all products & parts as instructed. Audit BoM's & Stock Keeping Units (SKU's) for correctness & completeness. Interact cross-functionally with various channels to streamline processes, identify continuous improvement opportunties & share best-practices. Assist with special projects & other duties assigned. Skills & Abilities: Min. 1 year experience handling high volume tasks in a fast paced professional environment. Previous SKU and/or BoM management experience preferred. General knowledge of product structures, planning & scheduling, and manufacturing/distribution processes a plus. Excellent verbal & written communication skills required, with aproven track record for flexibility & delivering high quality results.
